In terms of small and medium-sized customer business, in a sense, most of our banks are still in the stage of exploration or even response. I don't think everyone will object to this, right? But even if you deal with it, you have to have a discipline, and there is also a problem of three or six, and you have to spend money! Speaking of this, some of our comrades may disagree, saying that what we can do is not to deal with it, but to do it. Just do it, okay? Is it difficult? For small and medium-sized enterprises, everyone has a common sense, that is, small and medium-sized enterprises have poor credit status, low development efficiency and high risks, and they can't find the key point to solve the problem, so they can only stay at the level of propaganda and exploration or even some countermeasures. But whether it's true or not, we should make preparations. What kind of jobs do you have? Let me elaborate.
First, let's talk about data. Our bank may have some data, but these data are scattered and isolated. This should be left over when we declare, right? In addition, banks have collected some data through various channels. But are these data enough for market analysis? At least it's useless, right? So what data is useful? At present, we should at least try to find a complete and systematic set of data?
With the data, we began to do analysis. The familiar analytical methods are mainly ranked by assets, sales revenue, profits and liabilities. But is it ok to borrow money in this advanced way? Later, all banks made some improvements, and we also participated in some work, mainly doing financial data analysis, four major capabilities, and 12 indicators. This has some enlightenment, but this method involves the problem of unreliable data. Second, even if the data is reliable, it is useless, because the enterprise is too small to do mortgage guarantee and cannot solve the problem of lack of credit.
So how to break through this bottleneck?
In fact, everyone has made many intentional attempts. At first, Guizhou ICBC proposed to change from general industry analysis and enterprise analysis to business breakthrough selection and analysis. Guangdong Construction Bank is more considerate in this matter. They put forward the hidden champion method and the calculation method of industrial clusters. Shenzhen Minsheng refers to a kind of bank document report, that is, it is necessary to increase financial demand analysis and financial service plan. Hangzhou Commercial Bank proposes to subdivide industries, and then subdivide them at the regional and scale levels. The key to success lies in batch development, so as to realize economies of scale and profits covering risks. (In the process, we noticed that there are some reasonable elements in the bank's exploration of reducing the examination and approval links, but in the case of a small number of enterprises, simply reducing the examination and approval links will cause greater risks. Of course, in the long run, we still need the affirmation of risk control mechanism, guarantee mechanism and social integrity culture construction, but in the short term, the most important thing is what we just said.
After the industry is selected, as a bank, it is necessary to invest and lend in the selected industry to obtain interest income. Therefore, we should make a specific banking analysis of the industry from this perspective. For example, do you want to analyze the interest income of various industries? Do you want to analyze the loan amount, fee income, accounts receivable and the like? From this perspective, do you know whether the industry is closer to banks? Is it at least indispensable?
Each industry is a variety of indicators * * *, and the proportion forms are different. According to different types, different industries should have different attributes, and industries with different attributes should match different products and models. Let's call it the concept of service set. After understanding the interest income and handling fee income of various industries, have you considered starting from corporate business or international business? How to distinguish between master-slave relationship and collocation relationship in business? These problems should be carefully studied.
After the external analysis, we should make a plan in combination with the actual situation in the bank. Based on what I said just now, it should be interesting to make plans, right? How did the previous plans come together? By typesetting, one is the external environment, the other is the internal situation, and the two are basically irrelevant, so it is difficult to write. If you do this now, you know the interest income, customer types and business structure of various industries in Beijing, and combined with your rich experience, it is hard to think of no experience, no ideas and no planning. At this time, it should be "like a surging river, gushing." What can we do if we only analyze the regional economic situation, rank regional industries and rank regional enterprises? We can only distribute the list to account managers. It is difficult to prepare product types, product combinations and product solutions. The account manager is a little confused and doesn't know what to do.
If we do this, the basic work will be done. If we make a summary, the first thing is to get the data first. One bank mentioned the concept of "one mode, two platforms" when doing supply chain finance. With the support of mode and platform, the work of account manager is easier to play, so this concept is relatively successful in theory. However, in the process of exploration, some banks do not fully understand the role of platforms and models and do not grasp them very tightly. They mainly rely on the salespeople's own exploration. Due to the lack of platform and model support, the play of enterprise managers is greatly limited. What is the result? Leading to a more passive work situation.
It can be seen from here that the issue of platform and mode is actually a very important issue, just like the major changes that the * * * production party has to face after moving from rural areas to cities, with the shift of work focus in the middle. At this time, the first is to establish a correct concept, and the second is to be organized, arranged and talented. Third, our existing talents are definitely not enough. From the advantages and disadvantages just mentioned, it can be seen that the summary mode and building a platform are two keys to doing small and medium-sized customer business. So how to solve the problem of this model and platform? Some comrades may not know how to do it yet. We want to share our experience with you.
At that time, we discussed with a bank in the west: the main breakthrough direction is: in addition to the traditional corporate business, the first is to do a good job in SME credit from the perspective of agriculture, rural areas and building a harmonious society, with the help of companies and farmers;

Fourth, with the help of counterpart support, we will take non-business contacts as an opportunity to create business opportunities, and at the same time, we will close the relationship between banks and the governments of the two places, and also echo the head office.
