How to calculate the piece rate of garment processing factory?

When making a single order, all the process information (that is, which processes need to go through) and the working price (the unit price of each process) will be set for that dress. Generally, a garment needs dozens of processes to become a finished product, and the unit price of different processes will depend on the difficulty of processing (technical requirements and time-consuming).

The workshop then assigns each process to each employee for processing (of course, if the quantity is large, a process will often be assigned to multiple employees), and the workshop statistician counts the processing quantity of each employee's single/segment number/process.

Then, the piece-rate salary of employees is equal to: the processing quantity of each working procedure * the unit price of each working procedure.

It's simple. For example, you plan to take out a coat from 50 yuan and give it to the workers. Then you start counting, a garment goes from the first process to the last process. * * * How long will it take? Take another 50 hours and multiply it by the time spent in each process.

For example. It takes 50 minutes to buy a dress with 50 yuan, and the sleeves cost 10, so dividing 50 by 50 times 10 is his salary.
