Brief description of the structure and composition of the front suspension, the role of the front wheel bearings

Structure: the front suspension is the suspension device of the front wheels of the car. The length of the front suspension should be long enough to fix and install the engine, radiator, steering gear and so on. However, it should not be too long, otherwise the car's approach angle is too small, and it is easy to touch the head when going uphill, affecting the car's passability. Components: The suspension system consists of three components, connecting rod, spring and damper. The role of the front wheel bearings:

1, load bearing and provide precise guidance for the rotation of the wheel hub, which bears both axial and radial loads, is a very important component.

2, the traditional bearings for automobile wheels are combined by two sets of tapered roller bearings or ball bearings, and the bearings are mounted, oiled, sealed and the clearance adjusted on the automobile production line.

3. This structure makes it difficult, costly and unreliable to assemble in the automobile production plant, and the bearings need to be cleaned, oiled and adjusted when the automobile is maintained at the repair point.
