What are the technological conditions for polishing enzyme?

The traditional biological polishing enzyme process is carried out under acidic conditions, which requires high control range of pH value and long process flow. The process flow of wool feeding dyeing is: boiling cloth → peracid, deoxidation → wool feeding → inactivation → dyeing, which takes a long time, consumes high energy and does great damage to fabric strength. Although neutral polishing enzyme can realize wool feeding and dyeing in one bath, it needs deoxidation before wool feeding and dyeing.
