Doing java in a traditional company

The following is my personal opinion, for reference only.

State-owned enterprises are state-owned and private enterprises are individuals.

Generally speaking, state-owned enterprises have low work pressure, low labor intensity, good security and good treatment, so many people like them.

Private enterprises have high labor intensity, poor humanized management, poor security and high treatment, so they cannot go to private enterprises.

If you want to live comfortably, you can consider going to a state-owned enterprise.

If you have ideals and ambitions, then you will have few opportunities to display them in state-owned enterprises.

Private enterprises, on the other hand, have the ability to go up and down, have no personal relationship and no other interests. As long as you contribute to the company, you will be reused, and you can display your talents and realize your ideals.

All the above are general, not absolute.

The most important thing is what kind of life you want.
