The difference between Haima and Hainan Mazda and Changan Mazda

Hainan Mazda: 1993, the title when Mazda cooperated with Hainan Automobile, belonging to a joint venture brand.

FAW Mazda: After HNA merged into FAW, Mazda cooperated with FAW, which is called "FAW Mazda" and belongs to a joint venture brand. The title of "Hainan Mazda" disappeared.

Mazda broke up with the current FAW Haima in 2002. Now there are only Changan Mazda and FAW Mazda. Now Haima owns FAW. Haima doesn't seem to have a license to sell cars in the mainland, so it should be affiliated with FAW. There are also national regulations that a foreign automobile company cannot have a third company in China. So Mazda only has Changan Mazda and a Mazda.
