How can waste materials be directly used to cultivate dictyophora indusiata?
(1) Contaminated bag treatment
In the production of edible fungi, sawdust, cottonseed hull, corn cob, sunflower seed hull and other raw materials with high lignin and cellulose content and solid texture are used as culture materials. No matter how seriously the fungus bags of tremella or other mushrooms are polluted, the fungus bags can be collected and broken, mixed with 3% lime powder, and then stacked to sterilize the lime powder in the materials. After two days of "boring", I spread out the materials and let them dry in the sun.
(2) Proportion of ingredients
All kinds of bamboo, wood, crop stalks, seed shells and weeds can be used as raw materials for cultivating dictyophora indusiata. The formula for cultivating dictyophora indusiata with the treated polluted materials is as follows:
A formula: 60% pollution material, sawdust 18%, soybean straw 20%, calcium superphosphate 1%, gypsum powder 1%.
Formula 2: 50% of pollutants, 30% of cotton straw or corn straw, sawdust 19% and calcium superphosphate 1%.
Formula 3: 35% of contaminated materials, 30% of bamboo chips (both bamboo chips and bamboo chips are acceptable), 0/9% of sawdust/kloc-,0/5.4% of cottonseed hull/kloc-and 0.6% of mixed fertilizer.
Formula 4: 35% contaminated materials, 30% corncob, 33% cotton stalk or sunflower stalk, and 1% calcium superphosphate and gypsum powder respectively.
Formula 5: 40% pollutants, 30% chaff, 29% reed and 1% calcium superphosphate.
The contaminated materials of the above formula are the main body, and other raw materials should be dried. Because of the different raw material resources in different places, the raw materials needed in the formula can be taken locally and replaced with similar other straw raw materials, with the same effect. Mix the ingredients according to the above raw materials and add water. The ratio of material to water is 1: 1 ~ 1: 2, and the water content is about 60%.
(3) stacking and sowing
A new technique of cultivating dictyophora indusiata in field without shed was adopted. Its cultivation places are very extensive, and the space of woodland, orchard and hillside fruit farm can be interplanted. The bed width is 1.4m, and the length depends on the site, and drainage ditches are set around. Spring is the best planting season. Usually the south begins with "fright", and the north can postpone it appropriately. Dictyophora spinosa was selected as a mushroom-producing strain in summer. When sowing, first sow the prepared ingredients with two layers 1 layer of strains: for example, in a formula, all the miscellaneous sawdust can be spread on the bed first, then 50% of the total amount of contaminated materials and 50% of the total amount of soybean straw can be spread flat on the sawdust, and then dictyophora indusiata strains can be sown on the materials, either by sowing or on demand, and then the remaining 50% of contaminated materials and soybean straw can be spread. Finally, the covering soil is 3 cm thick, and the water content of the covering soil is 18%. Use 4 ~ 5 bottles (bags) of Dictyophora indusiata per square meter.
(4) intercropping crops
After sowing 10 days, interplant corn at intervals of 1 m/hole in the bed, and interplant soybean at intervals of 1 hole between corn and corn, so as to form the interplanting of high and low stalk crops and play a shading role. Then cover the covering layer with thatch or corn straw for 3 ~ 4 cm.
(5) Mushroom management
Under the condition of natural temperature, after 33 days of bacterial culture after sowing, the mycelium can spread to the material layer, gradually changing from vegetative growth to reproductive growth, and the mycelium climbs to the covering soil layer to form a bacterial rope. At the top of the suspensor, a white primordium as big as a grain of rice is formed and grows up gradually. During this period, the relative humidity of the air is required to be 85%, and bacteria balls are formed 45 ~ 50 days after inoculation. Mushrooms grow in the high temperature season from June to September. During the growth period of fungus balls, water must be sprayed 1 time in the morning and evening, and the relative humidity in the space should be kept at 90% ~ 95%. If the fungus ball breaks in a short time, pull the handle and unfold the skirt as soon as possible. The dictyophora skirt is broadcast at 9 ~ 12 am and at 3 ~ 4 pm. When the skirt is unfolded, it should be harvested in time, otherwise it will cause the fruiting body to autolysis. After harvesting, the whole flower can be dried or dried by a dehydrator. Due to the strong moisture regain of the product, the dried product should be packed in double-layer plastic bags, and the bag mouth should be tightly tied.
