Power supply control of urban road lighting design standard
6. 1.2 The lighting of important urban roads, transportation hubs and crowded squares should be powered by dual power supplies. Each power supply should be able to withstand 100% load.
6. 1.3 During normal operation, the terminal voltage of the lighting lamp shall be maintained at 90% ~ 105% of the rated voltage.
6. 1.4 The design of road lighting power supply and distribution system shall meet the following requirements:
1 The design of power supply network meets the planning requirements. The load rate of distribution transformer should not be greater than 70%. Underground cable lines should be used for power supply, and overhead insulated distribution lines should be used when overhead lines are used;
2. The transformer should be a three-phase distribution transformer with connection group of D, yn 1 1, and the transformation ratio and voltage tap should be correctly selected;
3. Measures should be taken to compensate reactive power;
4 Three-phase load balance is appropriate.
6. 1.5 The cross section of neutral line of distribution system shall not be less than that of phase conductor, and shall meet the requirements of unbalanced current and harmonic current.
6. 1.6 Road lighting distribution lines shall be provided with protection devices, and each lamp shall be provided with a separate protection device.
6. 1.7 lightning protection devices shall be installed for pole lamps or other lighting devices installed on towering structures, and shall comply with the current national standard "Code for Lightning Protection Design of Buildings" GB50057.
6. 1.8 The manhole cover, handhole cover, access door of lamp post and outdoor distribution box of road lighting power supply line should be equipped with locking and anti-theft devices, which need to be opened with special tools.
6. 1.9 TN-S system or TT system is used as the grounding form of road lighting distribution system, and the exposed conductive parts of metal lamp poles and components, lamp shells, power distribution and control box panels should be protected and grounded, and should meet the requirements of current national standards. 6.2. 1 Road lighting should reasonably determine the time to turn on and turn off the lights according to the geographical location and seasonal changes in the area, and make necessary corrections according to the changes in sky brightness. The combination of light control and time control should be adopted.
6.2.2 When centralized remote control system is used for road lighting, the mobile terminal shall have the control function of automatically switching on and off street lamps and the manual control function when communication is interrupted.
6.2.3 The natural illumination level of road lighting should be 30lx, and the secondary roads and branches should be 20lx.
