China Energy Construction Terminology Explained

Yichuang and Sanjun are terms used by China Energy Construction as follows:

Yichuang refers to the transformation and development of greening, digitalization and integration led by innovation. The "three transitions" refers to the transformation from energy technology and energy equipment to energy industry and energy ecology; from single engineering construction to engineering-carrying comprehensive services; and from traditional energy to new energy and new business.

One Creation, Three Transformations Conference Provisions

The conference focused on the study of China Energy Construction's "Guidance on Accelerating the Innovation-Led Greening, Digitization, and Integration Transformation and Development ("One Creation, Three Transformations")" (draft for comments), in which the contents were discussed.

Chen Jiping pointed out that China National Energy Corporation (CNEC), by focusing on the new development stage and accurately grasping the development trend of the industry, creatively proposed to accelerate the transformation and development of greening, digitalization and integration led by innovation, which points out the key path for the system to build a high-quality development of the "three new" NECs and accelerate the construction of world-class enterprises, and clarifies the direction of the company's next development. The company's next step in the development of a clear direction, is of great significance.

Chen Jiping emphasized that all departments of the headquarters should strengthen the study and research of the "One Creation, Three Transformations" Guidance, and in accordance with the requirements of the Group, combined with the company's business development, feedback constructive comments to the Group, to help the Group complete the final draft of the high-quality preparation.

The next step is for each department to do a good job of breaking down the tasks in accordance with the guidance, and organizing the implementation of their enterprises to accelerate the transformation and development of enterprises, and to contribute to the reconstruction of a new high-quality development of the New Energy Construction.

The persons-in-charge and related personnel of CLP Engineering Office, Department of Creation and Development, Department of Human Resources, Department of Finance, Department of Marketing, Department of Investment, Department of Production, Department of Science and Information Technology, Neutralization Institute, Oceanic Institute, Institute of Mathematical Information Technology, Institute of Energy Storage, and Ecological Institute attended the meeting.
