How to wind the coil of the old second welding machine

1. First, after the coil of the old double-shield welder is wound, it is necessary to pass the wire tails at both ends through the hole in the center of the coil, and then bend it into an L-shape at both sides of the coil to facilitate the winding of the auxiliary coil.

2. Then, according to the specifications and requirements of the welding machine, the coil is wound on the iron core with wires.

3. Then connect the wires at both ends of the coil to the corresponding terminals according to the welding machine wiring diagram.

4. Then insulate the wire end of the coil to prevent short circuit and leakage.

5. Finally, connect the grounding wire of the welder to the grounding terminal to ensure the safety in the welding process.
