Can tofu be fried with potatoes?

Potatoes can be cooked with tofu, and potatoes can also cook tofu.

Ingredients for cooking tofu with potatoes.

250g of tofu, 50g of potatoes, a little onion, a little ginger, a little salt, a little pepper water, a little soy sauce, a little coriander, a little cooking oil and 200ml of broth.

Make tofu with potatoes.

Peel potatoes, wash them, and cut them into hob blocks for later use.

Cut tofu into diamond-shaped pieces, about the size of potato pieces, and set aside.

Chop onion, ginger and coriander into powder for later use.

Heat the oil in the pot to 80% heat, add potato pieces and tofu pieces and fry until golden brown. Drain the oil and set aside.

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and Jiang Mo, stir-fry until fragrant, add soy sauce, pepper water and broth, and first add fried potato pieces.

After boiling, add the fried tofu, add some salt to taste, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
