How to fry bacon is the best?

When it comes to how to fry bacon, my personal favorite is fried bacon with garlic sprouts. Ingredients: 500g of bacon, 200g of garlic sprout, 0/00g of green pepper/kloc and 0/00g of red pepper/kloc.

Accessories: dried red pepper 20g, ginger 10g.

Operating steps:

One: Wash bacon with hot water, because cold water can't wash it, and there is grease on it.

Two: add water to the pot, put the bacon in the pot, cook it and take it out for later use.

Ordinary pot: after the fire boils, turn it to low heat for half an hour and it will be cooked.

Pressure cooker: cook on high fire until the iron ball rotates, and turn to low heat and cook slowly 15 minutes.

Three: while cooking bacon, cut garlic seedlings into sections, slice ginger, and slice green and red peppers. Cut the red pepper dry with scissors.

Four: the bacon is cooked, cooled and sliced. I don't mean I have to be cold before slicing. I'm afraid I'll burn my hands.

Five: add a small amount of cooking oil to the pot, then add the chopped bacon and stir fry over high fire.

Six: When the bacon slices are fried until they are curled and slightly concave, you can put all the chopped garlic sprouts, green peppers, red peppers, dried red peppers and ginger into the pot.

Seven: Then stir-fry for two minutes, turn off the fire, and take out the pot and plate.

Key points: garlic seedlings should not be fried for too long. It doesn't smell good when it's blown up

Tip: Because of the high salt content of bacon, it is especially important to fry bacon without adding salt and other salty seasonings!
