Main contents of logistics service standards

Rules of People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Communications on Automobile Freight Transportation
Article 5 The carrier refers to the units and individuals engaged in the business of automobile cargo transportation, loading and unloading and freight services. The carrier must go through the relevant formalities according to law and obtain the legal business qualification.
Article 6 The carrier must abide by the national laws and relevant transportation regulations, operate within the approved scope, obey the management and perform the transportation responsibilities. To operate automobile cargo transportation, we must have corresponding production capacity, improve relevant rules and regulations, and equip managers with certain professional knowledge.
Article 7 The shipper refers to the unit or individual that entrusts the carrier to transport the goods. The shipper shall be responsible for the acts of the designated consignor and consignee in the process of receiving and sending goods.
Article 8 The shipper shall arrange the material transportation plan, cooperate with the transportation department for reasonable transportation, and abide by the relevant provisions of these Rules.
