Kangding's Guo Kui is also a famous local snack. Many people in Kangding eat bean jelly Guo kui for breakfast, which is another taste.

2. Buttered tea: Buttered tea is delicious, nutritious, refreshing and nourishing, and is deeply loved by Tibetans. In the homes of Tibetan compatriots, buttered tea pots are simmered on the fireplace from morning till night, and you can drink fragrant and hot buttered tea at any time. Its preparation method is to add proper amount of ghee and salt (preferably milk juice, eggs and walnuts) to strong tea, and put it into a special wooden barrel for repeated stirring and fusion.

Corn tortillas: In the Kangdong agricultural area around Daocheng, especially in the alpine agricultural area, you often eat "Huoshaozi" steamed buns of jade and wheat, bury raw corn tortillas in charcoal ash, slowly barbecue them until they are cooked, pat the charcoal ash on the cake surface with your hands, and serve them with sauerkraut soup. There are also steamed tortillas and fermented corn mash. There are two ways to eat noodle soup: stir corn flour into paste and cook it, knead it into blocks and cook it in sauerkraut soup. Corn is often fried and ground into flour in Kangnan agricultural area and eaten like highland barley, which is called corn Baba.

5. Chickens in the north of Daocheng: Chickens in the north of Daocheng are local specialty foods with tender taste. Due to the climate and geography, Daocheng is especially suitable for the growth of Fritillaria, so Fritillaria is also an important specialty of Daocheng Aden.

6. Yogurt: Yogurt is made by boiling milk, pouring it into a wooden bucket and adding a small amount of old yogurt as a starter. The temperature is controlled between 30 and 40 DEG C.. The prepared yogurt looks like tender tofu, with fragrant smell, sweet and sour taste.
