How to make orange savory

Ingredients ?

100g shredded dried orange stem

2 tbsp chili powder

3 tbsp chili paste

1? tbsp sugar

10 drops of white vinegar

1 tbsp grated ginger

1? tbsp grated garlic

? tbsp fish sauce

pinch of chicken essence

pinch of sesame seeds

Pickled orange stem and pickled vegetables Directions ?

Soak the dried orange stalks for 2 hours in water and peel off any remaining skin

Drain the cleaned orange stalks, rub them with salt for a few minutes and rinse with water

Mix all the seasonings in a bowl and add a little less water if they are too dry

Toss the sauce with the orange stalks and mix them well. Serve after marinating overnight for better flavor
