Word headers and footers suggest how to use word headers and footers.

1. Add a title. Under the heading option, there are many types, such as one column, three columns, traditional type, border type and so on. You can select the type and enter the content as required.

2. Add a footer, which is similar to the header at the start/insert/and footer/footer. There are many types of footer options, which can be selected as needed. The adding method is the same as the header.

3. Add page numbers, insert page numbers at the start/insert/header and footer/page numbers, select the top, bottom and current position of the page, and further format the page numbers.

4. If the parity pages are different and the parity page settings are different, you must insert the section break first. The specific steps are page layout/page setting/separator/section break. After setting, double-click the page number to start the header and footer option box, check different odd and even pages in the options, and enter the required content at the headers of odd and even pages respectively.

5. The left and right ends of the header content are displayed respectively. Note that the ruler at the top of the document has a gray inverted T symbol. Position the cursor to the part of the header that needs to be classified, and press the tab key to automatically classify, but you can't press it twice at a time.

6. In the document part, common headers can be saved as document parts for subsequent use. The specific steps are as follows: select the header content, save the selected content as an AutoText according to the document part-AutoText, open the dialog box, name it yourself, select the header from the library, select the default routine of the category, select the content option as needed, and click Save; Call the newly saved title when creating a new document. Step: Insert/Document Part/Building Block Manager/Drop-down list to find the previously named title, and then click Insert.

7. Delete the header and underline, insert/header and footer/header/delete the header, and directly delete the header content and underline. Select the title content, and then click Delete to delete it. The way to remove the underline is to select the borderless line at the beginning/paragraph/.
