What festival is Chaoshan flower basket?

Chaoshan flower basket is a part of the Spring Festival garden party.

Carrying a flower basket is a unique ritual witch dance in Huaiyang, Henan Province. Each class has four old Zhai Gong (old ladies). Three people perform, one plays the warp plate (made of bamboo), and accompanies the performers in the form of explanation in the sound of the warp plate.

Most dancers holding flower baskets are old Zhai Gong (local honorific title for older women) aged 50 to 80. Every year, the leader of Taihao Mausoleum (a wizard) will lead everyone to get together in the cemetery. They regard the scriptures as sacred and put them together respectfully. Then, one raised his hand with folded hands and knelt on the ground, while others held the incense tower and recited the scriptures together. After burning the table and offering incense, we went to Tian Tong Temple, where we watched Nu Wa and performed a dance in front of Fuxi Mausoleum.
