Traditional dynamic performance test

Vertical irregularity is close to AAR5 line in slow dot and AAR6 line in circular curve. The measured maximum derailment coefficient is about 0.2 times of the maximum value of 65438+ difference line. Using the obtained follower motion curve types and related basic parameters, the corresponding cam profile curve is obtained. Using the obtained curve and inserting the coordinate point curve function into Solidworks, the cam entity can be generated quickly, and the motion process of the cam mechanism can be reproduced by using the motion simulation function of COSMOSMotion. By comparing the motion simulation results of graphic output with the input curve, we can check whether the motion characteristics of the mechanism meet the design requirements.

The dynamic performance of the motor train passing through R300m curve is simulated and analyzed, and compared with the measured results. The results show that the dynamic performance of emu is affected by local irregularity and random irregularity, and random irregularity accounts for 60%. The random irregularity of the slow point position of the actual line is greater than that on the circular curve; In fact, the lateral irregularity of R300m curve is close to the difference line at the slow dot, and slightly larger than AAR5 line on the circular curve.
