The practice of making cakes with flour

Ingredients: common flour (250g), sugar (50g) and yeast (2g).

12. Ferment in a steamer for about 1 hour. Prepare enough water in the steamer.

Tip:

When fermenting noodles, you can heat the water under the steamer a little, and the fermentation speed will be faster. Put enough water in the steamer next time, about half a pot.
