Legal analysis: The two main control modes of anti-monopoly are structuralism and behaviorism. Legal basis: Article 3 of the Anti-monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China. The monopolistic behaviors stipulated in this Law include: (1) the operators reach a monopoly agreement; (two) the operator abuses the dominant position in the market; (3) Concentration of business operators that have or may have the effect of eliminating or restricting competition.
