How did the beer come from?
According to the research of Manchester University in England, Assyrians began to pile wheat together during the harvest season in 9000 BC, and fermented it into the earliest beer after sun and rain.
The tradition in northern Europe is that women brew beer, and the wine they brew is regarded as "fairy water". This custom also spread to northern Germany. When a young woman gets married, she will bring different wine-making appliances to her husband's house. This tradition was not changed until the influx of wine culture in the 8th century. Because of the cold climate in Germany, beer can not only keep out the cold, but also be used as a medicine to treat scurvy like onions, so beer has become the king of drinks in Germany.
