What is Convenience in English
The English word for convenience is Convenience.
English was first used in medieval England and became the most widely spoken language in the world because of its vast colonies. The ancestral Anglo tribes of the English were among the Germanic tribes that later migrated to the area of the island of Great Britain known as England.
Both names are derived from Anglia, a language of the Baltic Peninsula, which is closely related to Frisian and Lower Saxon, and whose vocabulary has been influenced by other Germanic languages, notably Scandinavian (North Germanic), and is largely written in Latin and French.
The Great Vowel Shift influenced the impact of stress in Middle English. It was a chain shift, meaning that each shift triggered subsequent shifts in the vowel system. Mid-autumn and open vowels were raised and closed vowels were broken into vowels.
For example, the word "bite" was originally today's word "beet," and the second vowel in the word "about" was the word " The second vowel in the word "about" is the pronunciation of the word "boot". Because English retains many of the spellings of Middle English,
the Great Vowel Shift explains many of the spelling irregularities, and it also explains why the pronunciation of English vowels differs so much from the pronunciation of the same letters in other languages.
