Types of architectural decorative ceramics

Building ceramics by species can be divided into four categories: ceramic wall and floor tiles, decorative tiles, architectural glazed products and ceramic pipes.

(1) Ceramic wall and floor tiles

Ceramic wall and floor tiles refer to thin panels produced from clay and other inorganic raw materials used to cover walls and floors. They are usually molded at room temperature by extrusion, pressing or other molding methods, then dried and fired at a certain temperature that meets the performance needs.

(2)Decorative tiles

Decorative tiles, also known as Western-style tiles, are ceramic tiles made from clay as the main raw material, after mixing, molding and firing, and are used to decorate the roof of a building or as a component of a building.

(3) architectural glazed products

Architectural glazed products are ceramics with strong glossy color glaze used for building components and artistic decoration.

(4) ceramic pipe

The ceramic pipe is used for drainage and transportation of sewage, wastewater, rainwater, irrigation used for or drainage and transportation of acidic, alkaline wastewater and other corrosive media used in the socket ceramic pipe and fittings.
