Shu brocade refers to the brocade woven from Han Dynasty to Shu County of Three Kingdoms (now Chengdu, Sichuan). Most of them are colored on the basis of warp stripes, which are dotted with flowers. Its pattern is prosperous, its weaving pattern is fine, its color matching is elegant and unique. It is a colorful brocade with national characteristics and local style. Shu brocade has tough and plump texture, beautiful pattern style and elegant color matching. For example, Shu brocade in the Tang Dynasty is rich in patterns, including plaid flowers, lotus flowers, tortoise shell flowers, lotus beads, birds and animals, etc.
Song brocade
Song Jin originated in the Song Dynasty and Suzhou, China, so it is also called "Suzhou Song Jin". Song Jin has a long history, which can be traced back to the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It was developed on the basis of brocade in Sui and Tang Dynasties. Song Gaozong vigorously promoted Jin Song in order to meet the requirements of court costumes and painting and calligraphy mounting at that time, and set up Jin Song Weaving Department in Suzhou.
cloud-pattern brocade
One of the traditional brocade of Yunjin. Ming and Qing dynasties are court fabrics. There are many official weaving bureaus that produce them for court clothes and gifts. Commodity production began in the late Qing Dynasty, and the name of "Yunjin" was born in the industry, which was named after its richness and brilliance. Modern only Nanjing production, often referred to as "Nanjing Yunjin". Yunjin is a specialty of Nanjing silk weaving, which is named after its colorful colors, just like the clouds in the sky. Brocade is a kind of brocade, which represents the highest technical level in ancient silk fabrics. Nanjing Yunjin was called "inch brocade and inch gold" by the ancients, and it was one of the three famous brocade in ancient China.
