As for whether hydrogen and oxygen produced by electrolyzed water can be supplied to hydrogen-fueled vehicles, apart from the factors of equipment cost, it mainly depends on the conversion efficiency. In the process of electrolyzing water, electric energy is not only consumed by decomposing water, but also a part of electric energy will be converted into heat energy and lost. In fact, the efficiency of water electrolyzers used in industry is often between 60-80%, and the specific efficiency depends on many parameters such as working pressure, working voltage and current of electrolyzers. Simply put, if 100 parts of electric energy is consumed in the process of electrolyzing water, only 60 to 80 parts of energy is used to convert water into hydrogen and oxygen. If hydrogen and oxygen are used to generate electricity again, there are generally two ways: one is to directly convert hydrogen and oxygen into water through the fuel cell and generate electricity at the same time, and then drive the motor; This efficiency is generally between 45% and 65%, but the fuel cell conversion technology is still in the experimental stage; The second is to obtain heat energy by burning hydrogen and oxygen, and then drive the internal combustion engine to generate mechanical energy. Unfortunately, the conversion efficiency of this process is often only 35-40%. So this idea is difficult to realize unless you get a lot of cheap electricity to electrolyze water.

Disadvantages:

First, carbon deposition is a very complex mixture, and it is impossible to burn it by the high temperature of hydrogen combustion.

Second, the high temperature of hydrogen combustion has great damage and wear on the engine.

Thirdly, due to the high temperature in the cleaning process, a large number of no compounds will be produced, which is very harmful to human body and environment. The so-called carbon removal by hydrogen and oxygen is completely a deceptive trick of shameless profiteers, which has no significance in theory and practice. I have been in Europe and America for more than ten years and have never heard of it. The most important thing is that I can't stand scientific scrutiny.
