I've recommended it to so many friends around me and it's gotten rave reviews. The one we buy most often is Chang'anhua small pressed rapeseed oil, which is pressed from the unique highland small grain rapeseed. It is ground and extracted by the screw extrusion process, restoring the ancient artisanal small-pressing technique, returning to tradition, and maximizing the retention of all the nutrients and original flavor of rapeseed oil.
