Is labor outsourcing the same as labor dispatch? What is the difference?
The similarity between the two is that the laborer works for a unit other than the legal employer, but the difference lies in the "management right". In labor dispatch, after the dispatching company provides workers, it no longer directs workers and does not interfere with the production process. In production and operation, the employing unit has the same complete management and command right to the dispatched employees as the regular employees. The expenses paid by the employer to the labor dispatch company are accurate to the person: the salary, social security and head (management fee) of each worker. The right to operate labor outsourcing is in the hands of outsourcing companies. After an enterprise outsources a certain business to an outsourcing company, it will no longer interfere with the specific business operation, and the outsourcing company will make its own judgment and operation. The enterprise pays the total cost to the outsourcing company.
