According to the requirements of the "Measures for Examination of Physician Qualification for Traditional Medical Students and Professionals" (Order No.52 of the former Ministry of Health), it was decided to carry out the examination of physician qualification for traditional medical students and professionals in 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

I. Application conditions

(A) the conditions for students to take the exam

1. Apprentices should have a high school education level or equivalent, and study with the teacher for three consecutive years (the study time of apprentices with the teacher is counted from the date of notarization, and the period is three years to 20221October 29).

2. Instructors of apprentices shall meet the following conditions:

(1) has the qualification of practicing Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine;

(2) Engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine 15 years or above, or has the professional and technical post qualification of deputy chief physician of traditional Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine;

(3) Rich clinical experience and unique technical expertise;

(4) Persisting in clinical practice in medical institutions can complete teaching tasks.

3. The apprentice should sign a master-apprentice relationship contract with the tutor in a unified style in state administration of traditional chinese medicine; The apprenticeship contract shall be notarized by a notary organ at or above the county level, and the study time with the teacher shall be calculated from the date of notarization; The instructor shall not bring more than two teachers at the same time.

(two) there are indeed conditions for professionals to apply for the exam.

1. Engaged in clinical practice of traditional medicine for more than 5 years according to law;

2. Master the unique, safe and effective traditional medical diagnosis and treatment technology.

Second, the application materials submitted

(A) the materials submitted by students when applying for the exam

1. Original and photocopy of my ID card;

2. Two recent bareheaded two-inch ID photos and one electronic photo;

3. Candidate Commitment Letter;

4. Certificate of high school education or equivalent;

5. The teacher's doctor qualification certificate, practice certificate, professional and technical post qualification certificate of associate high school or above, or the certificate issued by the health administrative department and the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine that approved his practice, and engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine 15 years or more;

6. Apprenticeship contract notarized by notary organs at or above the county level;

7. Application form for assessment of traditional medicine teachers (attachment 1).

(2) Materials submitted by the applicant experts.

1. Original and photocopy of my ID card;

2. Two recent bareheaded two-inch ID photos and one electronic photo;

3. Candidate Commitment Letter;

4. Materials issued by the health administrative department of the county (city, district) where the applicant is located to prove that he has been engaged in clinical practice of traditional medicine for more than 5 years under the guidance of medical practitioners;

5. Materials issued by two or more medical practitioners to prove that they have mastered the unique, safe and effective traditional medical diagnosis and treatment technology;

(3)202 1 materials submitted by qualified personnel in skill examination.

Those who participated in the 20021annual examination for the qualification of doctors of traditional Chinese medicine teachers and professional technicians in the whole province and passed the skills examination, who apply for the 2022 annual examination, shall submit copies of the examination transcripts of traditional Chinese medicine teachers and professional technicians in 20021year in addition to the corresponding materials according to the above different categories of personnel.

Third, the registration review process

(1) Candidates register online. The online registration time for candidates is from August 25th to September 5th, 202215th, and will not be accepted after the deadline. Candidates are requested to log on to Hunan Medical Examination Network (doctor.cn/), click on the link of "Hunan Medical Examination Management System for Chinese Medicine Teachers' Qualification Examination" (hereinafter referred to as "Chinese Medicine Examination Management System") to register, fill in personal information truthfully and accurately, and upload corresponding information according to the requirements listed in the "Application Conditions" of this notice.

Online registration must upload all application materials within the specified time as required. If it is not uploaded within the time limit, it will be deemed as giving up the application.

(two) the city and state on-site confirmation and preliminary examination. Candidates' on-site confirmation time is from September 15 to September 25. Candidates are requested to bring all the original registration materials to the municipal health administrative department where the household registration is located for on-site confirmation. Cities and States should strictly review the authenticity of the materials submitted by the applicants, review the candidates' application materials one by one according to the application conditions and audit requirements, and conduct preliminary examination in the "Chinese medicine evaluation management system" simultaneously, and complete the preliminary examination of candidates' qualifications in the region before September 25. Candidates who pass the preliminary examination should pay online in the "Chinese Medicine Examination Management System" from September 25th to September 30th, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
