1, South Candeira leaves are black rice leaves. Wash the leaves of Kandelia candel in the pool.

2. Take a part of the southern candel leaves and put them into the mixing cup of the cooking machine, and add a little water.

3. Pour all the broken leaves into a big pot. Knead and squeeze the broken leaves by hand, and then soak them for two hours.

8. Put water in the pot, cover the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, and steam for 30 minutes over medium heat.

9. After the black rice is steamed, add appropriate amount of brown sugar.
