Ways and methods of preparing manuscripts

Generalized manuscript preparation: continuous learning and accumulation at ordinary times, including the mastery of basic skills, understanding of culture and life, sensibility and expressiveness, that is, the cultivation of internal quality accomplishment.

Narrow sense of manuscript preparation (six steps):

1. Divide the levels to understand the layout and structure of the article. Including merger and division. Hold a group and make your meaning clear.

2. Summarize the theme, that is, summarize the central idea of the article.

3. Connecting with the background can help us better understand the content of the article.

4. Clear the purpose, clear the purpose of the article, and express it better.

5. Finding the key points, whether concentrated or dispersed, can make the expression more rhythmic.

6. Set the tone. The keynote is the emotional color and weight of the article. The expression of the article should be unified with the tone, the tone should be appropriate and the attitude should be clear. After the broadcast, the audience should be able to feel the emotions expressed in the article.

There is no standard for language expression, but beauty is universal. We should release our individuality and create our own broadcasting characteristics.
