Confucianism was suitable for the feudal farming society at that time, which was different from the present society. Confucianism is profound and profound, and it talks about benevolence, which we can't refute, because many Confucian thoughts still apply to the present, but if we continue to govern the country with Confucianism, we will continue to reduce the country to a feudal society, so because of this, it is no longer in line with the present society. Moreover, our country also takes the essence of ancient thought to discard its dross, so ancient Confucianism can only be used for reference, not for governing the country.

In other words, the farming society at that time was far away from us now. Now China is a big manufacturing country, and ancient Confucianism despised businessmen very much, so this also caused the contradiction between Confucianism and the present era. Businessmen are the economic and trade hub of a country. Without businessmen, a country's economy will not become active, and economic inactivity will lead to weak national strength. So if we use Confucianism now, it will definitely be embarrassing.

Ancient Confucianism clearly pointed out that everything except the monarch is a country, which means that the monarch is supreme. Now China is the master of the people. If we take out the feudal Confucianism again, it will be contrary to the current orthodoxy. As citizens of new China, facing the Confucian culture, we should take its essence and discard its dross. We should make use of what is beneficial to the development of our society and discard what is contrary to the progress of our times.
