Factory building construction requires fire control approval procedures.

Factory fire approval process:

1. For projects with automatic fire-fighting facilities, the application form for automatic fire-fighting facilities design shall be filled in.

2. Topographic map of the unit where the construction project is located, application conditions for enterprises to apply for building fire control audit: (11000), general situation and brief description of the project;

3, the construction project (as the case may be, the project 1/500 measured total evaluation map in duplicate, submitted by the Planning Commission), urban construction planning department survey red line map;

4, national and provincial key projects and other construction projects with automatic fire control facilities should be sent to the fire design;

5, design task, instructions, industrial buildings should have the production process, the use of remote materials and semi-finished products, the physical and chemical properties of finished products, quantity and transportation, storage and other information;

6, a full set of civil engineering, structure, water, electricity, HVAC and fire protection system drawings;

7. The design of building fire protection facilities must be undertaken by a legally qualified unit, and the drawings must have the design certificate number, the name of the design unit and the signature of the designer and reviewer, and be stamped with the special seal for design;

8. A copy of the qualification certificate of the design unit.
