How to make dried bamboo shoots?

Exhibition board ingredients: 3 fresh bamboo shoots and proper amount of tap water.

Step 1: Newly dug bamboo shoots.

Step 2: Peel off the shell.

Step 3: Cut off the tender part of the tail and cut it into four parts.

Step 4: blanch the bamboo shoots (cook for another minute).

Step 5: soak in the water for a few more minutes.

Step 6: Pick up and drain the water.

Step 7: Get it in the sun.

Step 8: dry for about a week in sunny weather, and seal it with fresh-keeping bags.
