Methods of cleaning filter cotton and biochemical cotton:

Filter cotton: put it in clean water and wash it. Because it filters impurities such as fish droppings, it can be washed as clean as possible.

Biochemical cotton: just put it in clean water and knead it a few times. Don't wash it too clean, because there are many bacteria attached to it. If it is washed too clean, bacteria will multiply again, so the water in the fish tank is not clear. Bacteria are nitrifying bacteria. I wonder what harmful bacteria are upstairs? )
