Characteristics of ice and snow sports content
Snow and ice movement is not only a challenge to the natural environment, but also a desire to challenge ourselves. It is also a brand-new concept of fitness culture that thrives in the cold. As early as the early 1960s, skating became popular in northern China, and even became the main activity of entertainment and fitness in some northern areas in winter.
At the end of 1970s, the development of ice sports in China reached its first peak. At that time, almost all primary and secondary schools and institutions in northern China turned to ice rinks in winter, especially in some big cities in Northeast China, such as Harbin. Many factories and institutions had their own ice hockey teams, ranging from primitive skating to sled races on ice and snow pulled by sled dogs, reindeer and other animals.
