1. Material: 300g chestnut, 90g sugar, 65g glutinous rice flour, 80g osmanthus sauce and 200ml cold water.
2. Soak chestnuts in boiling water for 5 ~ 10 minutes and then peel them.
3. Slice chestnut meat, add 100 ml cold water, steam for about an hour on high fire, and take out the chestnuts when they are cooked.
