Which is bigger, the Forbidden City or the palaces of the Korean dynasty, luxury or luxury?

The Forbidden City is located in the center of Beijing, formerly known as the Forbidden City. Built in the 18th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1420), it is the imperial palace of Ming and Qing Dynasties, an unparalleled masterpiece of ancient architecture, and the largest and most well-preserved ancient wooden structure complex in the world.

As for North Korea's imperial palace, Changdeok Palace, also known as Gong Yue, was built in the 19th year of Chenghua (1483, 14th year of Chengzong). It was built by Emperor Chengzong of North Korea to make his mother Cui Ren happy. Because it is located in the east of the main hall, Jingfu Palace, it is also called "Dongque". It was the official palace of the Korean dynasty from the 26th year of Wanli (1598, the 32nd year of Xuanzu) to the 6th year of Tongzhi (1867, the 4th year of Gaozong). Shui Yuan Flower City applied for World Cultural Heritage. The main buildings are Dazao Hall and Jiaotai Hall.

When it was built, it was separated from the palace. Because the main hall, Gyeongbokgung Palace, was burned down during the Japanese rebellion in Renchen, Changde Palace was the main hall, and the king ruled in Changde Palace until the restoration of Jingdezhen Palace, about 300 years. Therefore, the Palace is located in the east of Gyeongbokgung Palace and is often called the "East Palace". Changde Palace was built in the fifth year of Taizong (14 15). At that time, the capital had built the main palace, Gyeongbokgung Palace, the ancestral temple and the country, so it was built as the detached palace.

During the Renchen Japanese Rebellion, Cheong Tak Palace, together with Gyeongbokgung Palace and Chang Gung Palace, was burned down, but it was rebuilt in the first year of Jun in Guang Hai (1609), so it became the main historical stage for the Korean dynasty to take charge of state affairs after the Renchen Japanese Rebellion. The oldest existing building is Dunhua Gate, the main entrance. Together with Honghuamen, the main entrance of Chang Gung Palace, as the main entrance of the palace, it has high architectural value. This backyard is called the secret garden, also known as the forbidden garden. This courtyard has well preserved the palace garden art of the Korean period and attracted much attention. Kings of North Korea ruled in Changdeok Palace, and they often walked or rested in the secret garden. Up to now, the secret garden has preserved its original state, with more than 65,438+000 species of trees, some of which are over 300 years old. There are also streams, lotus ponds, pavilions and pavilions, which are integrated with nature and fully demonstrate the gardening skills of ancient palaces.

The layout and form of most houses in North Korea are in harmony with the surrounding natural environment and social culture. Houses in Korea are generally open on the front, and the backyard is a little tilted, in order to have space with nature. Houses often consist of inner rooms and outer rooms. You can add one or repair one if you can. No matter what happens, the back room is always inside, and the outhouse is outside or near the street. This layout is out of the needs of real life, and also out of the Confucian etiquette that ruled the Korean dynasty, that is, men are outside and women are inside.

Courtyards in North Korea are very traditional. Courtyard varies according to different buildings such as houses, palaces and temples, but the basic principle is the same. The quadrangles in North Korea are almost the same as those in China and Japan, because the quadrangles in the East have been influenced by Taoism for a long time, emphasizing nature and mystery, so they all look particularly natural. But the specific gardening methods are different.
