How to celebrate the New Year in the West?

Spring Festival is a traditional festival in China. We also call it the Spring Festival. It's on the lunar calendar 1 month 1 day.

On New Year's Eve, all the people sit around the table and have a big family dinner. There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drinks, such as juice, coke, Pepsi and some good wine. On the whole, it was a delicious dinner. After dinner, we always watch TV New Year programs. We had a wonderful evening on New Year's Eve.

On the first day of the Spring Festival, most people get up early and say "Happy New Year" to each other. For breakfast, people often eat jiaozi and steamed buns. After breakfast, people often cook many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and set off fireworks. On the second and third days, we visited friends and relatives.
