The collapse of the network economy seems to be the collapse of the "new economy". But what exactly is the new economy? So far, this term is still a loose concept. As The Economist magazine said the year before last, the amazing economic growth in the late 1990s needed a "very broad" concept to explain, so the media, Wall Street industry and a group of economic experts scrambled to find a term to fill this concept.
