Wuyi Rock Tea is a famous tea in China, the production process is unique, including the following steps:

1. Picking: Wuyi Rock Tea is usually picked in the spring and fall, and adopts one heart and two leaves or one heart and one leaf as raw materials.

2. Sun-drying: The picked leaves are dried in the sun to evaporate the water in the leaves.

3. Kneading: The sun-dried leaves are kneaded in a tea-making machine to soften the surface, thus facilitating the penetration of tea juice.

4. Fermentation: Through kneading, the enzymes and oxygen inside the tea leaves come into full contact with each other, triggering chemical reactions inside the tea leaves and completing the fermentation of the tea leaves.

5. Drying: The fermented tea leaves are dried at high temperature to kill the enzymes and bacteria inside the tea leaves in order to maintain the quality and taste of the tea leaves.

6. Sieving: the dried tea leaves are sifted to remove impurities and undesirable tea leaves, and select high quality finished tea leaves.

7. Tea Shape Processing: Tea leaves are made into different tea products according to their shapes, such as the gold of Wuyi Rock Tea, Narcissus, Cinnamon, White Crane and so on.

Through the above production process, Wuyi Rock Tea is able to maintain its unique floral aroma and rocky flavor, with a fresh and sweet taste.
