What are the characteristics of Jianshui Confucian Temple?

Jianshui Confucian Temple complex faces south, with a depth of 625 meters. The main buildings are: one pool, one hall, one pavilion, two halls, three pavilions, five doors, six temples and eight squares. The whole building is grand and rigorous, giving people a sense of solemnity; The temples are symmetrical with each other and have the artistic tradition and style of ancient architecture in China.

The gate of the Confucian Temple is "Taihe Banner" Square, and the statue of dragon and lion is carved on the stone Xumi pedestal, which is one of the stone carving features that distinguish Jianshui Confucian Temple from other Confucian temples.

The square of "Taihe Yuan Qi" was followed by Chi Pan, commonly known as "Xue Hai", which was expanded into an oval crown during Hongzhi's reign. There is an island at the northern end of Chi Pan.
