How long does it take for a thermal power plant, up to large and small, to be approved by the Development and Reform Commission (DRC) from the beginning of the preparatory work?

The first step of the hot spot plant is to get the national emission index, the second part is the feasibility study report (including drawings and red line map), the third is the environmental assessment, the fourth safety assessment, the fifth is the application for the project, the sixth planning and land acquisition procedures. These basically take 6 months of time (depending on your relationship), if the relationship is not good, it is estimated that a year is necessary.
