How to make kimchi quickly
Preparing Ingredients:
1 cabbage, 1 carrot, 5 cloves of garlic, 4 small bell peppers
3 tablespoons of salt, 30g of sugar, 60g of white vinegar, about 330g of water
Operating Methods:
One, make the kimchi juice:
1, prepare white vinegar and white sugar
