What is the meaning of Japanese puppet government?

What kind of puppet do you mean?

Please refer to it if it is a girls' day.

March 3rd every year is Japanese Girls' Day (baby sacrifice), which is the happiest day for girls. In Japanese, this festival is also called "Young Sacrifice", "Peach Blossom Festival" (because in the past, Daughter's Day was on the third day of the third lunar month, when the peach blossoms were in full bloom, hence the name), "Doll's Day" and "Shangsi". It was originally the third day of the third lunar month, but it was changed to the third day of the third solar calendar after the Meiji Restoration. However, it is to pray for the healthy growth and happiness of girls. It is a tradition to set up a doll stand at home to celebrate Daughter's Day. On this day, all families with girls will set up a trapezoidal doll table (Little altar/ひなだん) in the living room, on which various dolls (dolls) wearing Japanese kimonos and bonsai of orange flowers or cherry blossoms will be placed to celebrate the healthy growth of girls. Some of these puppets are made by themselves, some are bought, and most of them are from grandma's house. Whenever a girl is born in Japan, her parents, grandparents, relatives and friends will give her a set of exquisite and beautiful dolls. A set of dolls, generally 15, has an emperor and a queen, three ladies-in-waiting, five musicians, two ministers and three guards. These little dolls have different postures and are lifelike.

Nowadays Japanese girls usually don't wear kimono (traditional Japanese clothing). But on Girls' Day, they all wear beautiful "kimonos" (traditional Japanese costumes), and invite their closest partners to sit around the doll stand, eat, drink and have fun, and enjoy the festival. Also displayed in the living room with the dolls are rice wine, zongzi, red, white and green diamond cakes. The home is full of festive atmosphere. The girls will treasure the puppets they have acquired for many years, and they will be moved out to spend the holidays with themselves on March 3 every year until they get married.
