The modernization of farming economy is bound to break the civil order, so it is opposed by the lower farming economy;

4. In the traditional concept, the rank consciousness of scholars, peasants, industry and commerce is serious, industry and commerce are ignored, and ideology limits the process of modernization;

5. The political foundation of the state subject comes from the traditional farming economy. The rise of modern farming economy in a certain region or a certain period will damage political groups with vested interests, so the process of agricultural modernization is suppressed;

6. China's industrial modernization began with the Westernization Movement, military industry, manufacturing industry and education. At that time, the farming industry in capitalist countries could not have a great impact on China society like manufacturing and military industry. China people who dream of becoming a powerful country are first concerned with building powerful ships rather than improving agriculture, and they also lack sufficient understanding of capitalist agriculture.
