Roasted potatoes

During the season when corn is ripe, Zhaotong people use stone mills or machines to mash the corn, wrap it in fresh corn leaves, and steam it out for a tasty treat. Bian Xiao thinks it's an easily popularized delicacy ~ simple to make, sweet and nutritious. Tungziba
It it is called tungziba because it uses tungziba leaves grown locally in Zhaotong. It is mainly eaten during the Mid-Autumn and Mid-Autumn Festival, but can also be eaten during the week. Bao Grain Noodle Rice

Sanjiao soup dumplings
Soup dumplings are round, but in Zhenxiong County, Zhaotong, Yunnan is an exception. Zhenxiong is mountainous, and most of the people who have lived here for generations live on the mountains.
