How long does it take for rice to dry?
After the millet is dried in the sun, the rice inside is easier to shell, with clear particles and much better taste. However, this time is uncertain. Due to the influence of climate and other factors in various regions, the drying time in some areas will be longer, while in others it will be very short. For example, in the sunny Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, it is estimated that millet can be dried in 2-3 days.
The first condition for keeping millet fresh is ventilation and drying. Wet millet is easy to fester, which will greatly affect the taste of the entrance, so many people don't like old rice. If you want to keep millet for a longer time and taste better, you must first find a ventilated and dry place, but you can't directly expose it to the sun.
Precautions:
(1) In general, the storage temperature of rice should not exceed 20℃. At present, the better method is to preserve at low temperature.
(2) In autumn and winter, fans or other machinery can be used to introduce the natural temperature into the rice barn, so that the temperature in the barn can be reduced to a low temperature.
(3) It is not suitable to use air conditioner to reduce grain temperature in summer and autumn, but the cost is relatively high.
