3 chicken wings
a clove of garlic
Two tablespoons ketchup
A small amount of salt
Two spoonfuls of soy sauce
1. Wash the impurities on the surface of the wing root with hot water or cold water, drain the water, put it in a bowl, and poke it with a knife.
