How to squeeze jiaozi?

Jiaozi is very important in our daily life. Take my home as an example. We will cook a jiaozi in the next three days. It is popular because it is not like the rice that Caicai people have to eat. You can eat jiaozi without cooking it. However, many people have complained to me about such a problem. Why do you have so much dumpling stuffing in your bag, but not so much in ours? In fact, it is a simple package extrusion process.

Raw materials: flour, pork stuffing

Step 1: add a proper amount of water to the flour, and put the dough on the chopping board and stir for half an hour (the newly mixed gluten is very strong and will be very useful after stirring).

Step 2: Draw the dough into a uniform dose on the chopping board and roll it into a thin skin with twice the thickness in the middle with a rolling pin for later use.

Step 3: Crucially, put the fingers of the left hand together in an arc to form a small nest, then put the rolled skin into the nest, fill the nest with stuffing board (so that more stuffing can be added) and smooth it, then fold the two ends of the skin in half and press it, and finally gently squeeze the hands in the middle.
