Formula 1: 300g of refined wheat flour, 200g of glutinous rice flour, special refined flour plastic additive100g, glycerol150g, and clear water. Mix all the above raw materials, put them into a pot, add a proper amount of clear water, knead them thoroughly, press them into a dough sheet with a thickness of about 2 cm, steam them in a cage for 30-40 minutes after boiling, naturally cool them, and seal them with a fresh-keeping bag. The newly steamed dough can only be used after 3- 10 days of slow release. When testing the dough, fully knead it into a ball with a small piece of dough, gently press it with your fingers and rub it with your hands. Formula 2: refined wheat flour 300g, glutinous rice flour 150g, glycerin 80g, salt 15g, potassium sorbate 20g and boiled water 15g. Mix the above raw materials, add boiling water, knead into dough, cover with a wet cloth, let stand for 30 minutes, fully knead again, press into 2cm thick slices, boil and steam for 40 minutes.
